A simple guide to ensure clear communication and creative flow.

Contact & Communication
Natasha Sánchez is your main point of contact.
– Please use email for all communications.
– WhatsApp and text messages are not monitored; they will not be answered.
– Response time is typically 24–72 hours, Tuesday to Thursday.
Changes & Rescheduling
– Notify at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule meetings, sessions, or delivery deadlines.
– Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated.
Availability
– Office hours: Tuesday to Thursday, 8am–6pm AST (Puerto Rico UTC -4).
– No service is offered on weekends or holidays.
– Responses outside office hours may be delayed.
Consulting, Sessions & Workshops
– These sessions are not clinical therapy and do not replace medical or psychological care.
– Your participation assumes willingness to engage in emotional, creative exploration in a safe and respectful space.
Art Projects
– Review materials carefully and send all feedback in one email.
– Revisions are limited per contract; extra rounds may incur fees.
– Once a project is finalized, no further changes will be made.
– Please share files via Google Drive and notify by email.
– Plan ahead and avoid last-minute requests; urgent projects are not accepted.
Terms of Service
– By booking or hiring Motiarte, you agree to a professional and customized service with clear payment, confidentiality, and cancellation policies.
– Motiarte may respectfully decline projects that fall outside its scope or values.
Privacy Policy
– Your personal data is kept confidential and used only to support your process.
– No information is shared or sold, unless legally required.
– You may request data deletion or edits at any time.
– Anonymous insights may be used for educational or creative purposes, with your consent.
