Point of Contact
The main point of contact for any issue and/or question that may arise is Natasha.Feel free to communicate via email. Emails help ensure that no questions, requests, updates, and/or important information are lost. The usual response time is 24 to 72 hours. At Motiarte, we believe in open and transparent communication, and we hope this is mutual. We want to support you in achieving the greatest success possible and be a space of trust. We promise to be open, transparent, and honest if we have any feedback or concerns, and we appreciate the same from you.

Messaging
The best way to communicate is through email. If you need urgent attention, you can send a message via WhatsApp. If you haven’t received a reply by email and something requires immediate attention, feel free to mention it on WhatsApp. Again, this is only in case of true urgency. It’s important to keep communication primarily through email.

Updates
Please let us know about any complex situation that arises. If something comes up and you’re unable to complete a task or attend a meeting, inform us as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Hours
Working hours are Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm 🇵🇷 AST (UTC -4). We are not available on weekends or holidays. Occasionally, you may receive a response over the weekend, but we do not expect you to reply immediately or be available during these times.

Delivery Phase & Revisions
During the delivery phase, you will receive the designed material so you can validate that all the content (texts, data, links, etc.) is accurate. We kindly remind you to review everything carefully and submit your feedback via email. Please send all revisions in a single email. Revisions are processed in rounds (in one sitting). Once a project is published, we are not responsible for any missed changes. Each project has a limited number of revision rounds, as outlined in the contract. Any additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

Creative Collaboration & Extra Requests
Natasha is happy to explore any new ideas you may have—whether it's new products/services, brainstorming sessions, additional marketing efforts, sponsorships, collaborations, or anything else you'd like a designer’s trained eye on. If you’d like Natasha to review something specific, you can share your Google Drive folder with her and notify her via email. Please plan ahead and avoid waiting until the last minute.

🌸 Terms of Service
Motiarte offers creative services including graphic arts illustration, communication consulting, and HypnoArt workshops. By booking a session or hiring services, you agree to the following terms: All services are delivered with professionalism and intention. Creative work is original and customized for each client. Payments are due as outlined in proposals or booking confirmations. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Motiarte reserves the right to decline a project if it’s not aligned with our values or expertise.

Motiarte values your privacy. Any personal information you provide, such as your name, email, or message content — will be used solely for the purpose of communication and service delivery. We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties unless legally required. All client information is treated with confidentiality and respect. By submitting a contact form or booking a session, you consent to be contacted regarding your inquiry. You may request to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us directly.
